Payment Terms
This proposal is fixed for a one-month period.
Payment payable on completion* and acceptance of works/system(s) is due in full from date of invoice.
No provision has been included to accommodate main contractor discounts or retentions.
The system(s) shall not pass to the customer but shall remain the property of Inside Out Technical Security Ltd. until full payment has been received.
* Except when the cost of the project exceeds £20,000 in which case a deposit of one third is required before commencement of work, a further one third at the time of delivery of equipment and the remaining one third due on completion.

Variations
Variations to the agreed system must be requested in written form to Inside Out Technical Security Ltd. If the variations incur additional equipment, materials or labour then these will be charged in addition to the main system costs.

Liability
Inside Out Technical Security Ltd., it's representative or agents shall not be liable for any loss whether direct or consequential suffered by you or any other party as a result of or in any way attributable to the failure or miss-operation of the system(s) or parts of the system(s), whether or not installed by Inside Out Technical Security Ltd. and you should indemnify Inside Out Security Ltd. against any claim or loss.
Without prejudice to the foregoing generality it is understood that you will indemnify Inside Out Technical Security Ltd. against all claims by third parties such as the Police or Fire Authorities.

CCTV & the Data Protection Act
As a CCTV user you may be required to register your system with the Data Protection Commissioner. The Information Commissioner's Office has a website which explains the registration requirements.
